Yes. DinoFlow runs on your own servers with Docker Compose, alongside MySQL, Redis and the Qdrant vector database. Your work data stays in your database, and AI requests go only to the model provider you choose to connect.

Yes. Tasks, views, sprints, docs, chat, dashboards and automations all work on their own. Without a provider, AI features either fall back to simple local helpers or stay hidden, and you can connect a provider whenever you are ready.

You can connect OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Separate models can be chosen for chat, deep research, embeddings and reranking, with backup models tried in order if one fails, and a monthly token budget with usage tracking.

Yes. Teams can run backlogs and sprints with story points, capacity, burndown and releases, or keep a simple Kanban board with work-in-progress limits. Everyone’s work still shows up in My Work, the Everything view and dashboards.

Yes. People can track time with a timer or by hand, mark it billable, and submit weekly timesheets for approval. Approved weeks lock, and a timer that runs past midnight is booked to each day it covered.

DinoFlow uses role and scope based permissions, per-project guest access, OpenID Connect and SAML single sign-on, authenticator-app two-factor codes, device sessions you can revoke, an audit log of sensitive changes and encrypted provider keys. Because it is self-hosted, your data stays on infrastructure you control.
